We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE: WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Senior Software Engineer will be reporting to and working directly with the Chief Technology Officer

Expanding Digital Disbursements engineering team to meet client, business, and WAB demands to provide a Payments-as-a-service platform and help our client integrate with our core services. Not hiring position will slow growth of cases, clients, payment fees, and deposits

Responsibilities:

Looking for a well-rounded full stack developer with a solid understanding of web application development, MySQL database and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate would have a solid background building highly scalable system with a passion for learning new technology and solving problems.

Qualifications:

• A College degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
• 7 + years of strong Object-Oriented Development experience
• 3+ years of strong MySQL experience (designing and administrating)
• 4+ years NodeJS experience
• 4+ years Strong ReactJS experience
• 4+ years Typescript experience
• Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience
• Strong understanding of Amazon API-Gateway & Lambda
• Solid experience building API frameworks (RESTful or GraphQL)
• Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation System (Azure DevOps) would be a plus
• Experience with Amazon Web Services a plus
• Experience with Amazon QuickSight a plus
• Experience working with NoSQL DynamoDB a plus
• Ability to work in a small, dynamic programming team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
