Oracle Database Administrator - TOP SECRET Clearance w/SCI Eligibility

A week in the life of anOracle Database Administrator:

• Responsible for developing, analyzing and maintaining backend Oracle 19c databases on Linux (RHEL) servers in support of the GoldESP application.
• Regularly perform backup and maintenance tasks
• Develop and implement interactive analytic reports and dashboards
• Work with business users to establish reporting and analytic requirements.
• The Databases supported and reports provided are mission critical.

• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
• 7+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA with BI experience
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP)
• Experience as an Oracle Database Administrator/Database Developer
• Demonstrated expertise with Oracle RMAN, for archiving and disaster recovery
• Demonstrated expertise managing Oracle databases on Linux and Windows platforms
• Familiarity with Oracle Database 12c and later to include familiarity with Oracle Advanced Security and Oracle Label Security
• Experience with Oracle database maintenance including monitoring and maintenance tasks
• Proficiency developing stored procedures and triggers
• Hands on experience developing queries and performing SQL performance tuning

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is$150,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
