The Network Analyst is responsible for maintaining the data, voice and wireless networks and providing additional levels of maintenance support for network users. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency / institution policy.The Network Analyst supports and maintains the data, voice and wireless networks and evaluates network management and monitoring products. This position monitors all network systems for potential problems and implements new network projects. The position makes recommendations for upgrades in order to support new technology or customer requests and provides an additional level of maintenance and support for all network systems. This position will develop and maintain relationships with network users and vendors to provide the best solutions to customer needs. The position will support the core network hardware and software installations and changes. This individual must have good technical and analytical skills with hands-on network and systems experience. The position requires someone with collaboration and open communication skills along with a positive outlook and good project management skills. Essential Duties
