Service Scheduling Coordinator: This is where you come in.

We're looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support our Service Controls, Service Electrical, and Service Coordination teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate service schedules, coordinating resources and equipment, and ensuring critical information flows seamlessly to our field service team. As a key member of our Service division, you'll play an essential role in coordinating emergency services and managing ongoing maintenance activities within your designated area.

This position requires strong, collaborative communication with customers, technicians, and teammates, ensuring that tasks are evaluated and prioritized in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Effective Triage - Evaluate and prioritize work and service requests continually and communicate with techs to provide necessary information for each dispatch.
• Organizational follow through - Monitor backlog of maintenance and incomplete work in progress, maintain records and information of all requests and dispatches, and be a good team player.
• Clear communication and partnership - work to keep your team and stakeholders informed to build trusting relationships.

The Service Scheduling Coordinator role reports to Ashley Skelton - Service Response Center Supervisor, on a collaborative team working on various projects and initiatives to support our growing business.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have...

• A track record of delivering excellent customer service even while under pressure
• Ability to prioritize calls according to urgency and importance while keeping stakeholders informed of schedule changes and answering queries
• Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is nice but not required!

Compensation: $25-$33/hr

Our SoDo Row office located at 4766 1st Ave S, Seattle, 98134. SODO is centrally located near downtown Seattle, making it easily accessible by car, public transportation, and light rail.
