Required Skills
- Participate in annual performance evaluations, providing one-on-one feedback and coaching to team members. Set clear goals and expectations.
- Collaborate with other Foremen to ensure smooth workflow, quality, and safety on-site.
- Ensure the safety of assigned LPR personnel, proactively identifying and resolving risks to maintain a zero-injury safety culture.
- Uphold work quality by following LPR's quality plans and designs.
- Review designs to balance schedule, cost, quality, and function, implementing effective scheduling changes as needed.
- Maintain thorough project records, including payroll entries, logs, and reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule necessary equipment for assigned tasks.
- Support crew tasks as needed, including welding, bolt installation, layout, unloading trucks, and operating equipment.
- Report accidents to the General Foreman and Safety Department within one hour.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.

Required Experience
- 5-7+ years' experience in craft supervising
- NCCER certification for craft preferred
