Our Patient Access team is a scaled leader in the HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability, and adherence solutions for more than 30 years. Further advanced by its recently expanded non-commercial specialty pharmacy, FortreaRx, to support enhanced distribution of cold-chain and ambient free goods products, we are committed to driving patient outcomes and improving healthcare accessibility through its extensive experience while currently supporting more than 2.5 million patients and over 100 unique brands across more than 25 disease indications.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the advanced administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce and NetSuite, with the ability to ensure seamless integration and data flow between these critical systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and provide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Manage and maintain the Salesforce.com platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the business, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Perform regular data audits and maintain data hygiene to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information within Salesforce.com.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
    • Manage and deploy Salesforce.com updates and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
    • Monitor and manage Service Cloud
  • NetSuite Integration and Administration:
    • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system.
    • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce.com and NetSuite, leveraging tools such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, middleware, or APIs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Salesforce.com and NetSuite.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of workflows, scripts, and reports within NetSuite to support business operations.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce.com and NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues and answering technical questions.
    • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure users are effectively utilizing Salesforce.com and NetSuite.
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce.com and NetSuite best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite administration and integration with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, including data architecture and process workflows.
  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques, including middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.

Pay Range:$110-130K
