The Opportunity:

As a cyberspace training facilitator, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations experience to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We're looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist like you to apply your knowledge. We need an experienced front-end developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to solve problems in the DoD Cyber industryby collaborating with a development team to build custom SharePoint-based solutions with user centric design. You'll coordinate with SharePoint designers and developers to create a seamless user experience using jQuery plugins, REST API, SPServices, and custom workflows as well as create supporting documentation for the client's programs and associated portals, to include user guides, business processes, developer guides, and admin guides. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

You'll support a government client in the development of On-the-Job Training Guides, and Train-the-Trainer documentation that combine elements of various sources of mission essential tasks, including Defense Cyberspace Warfare Framework (DCWF), Joint Mission Essential Task Lists (JMETLs), National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE), and unique operational requirements and standards of the government client. You'll support the assessment of effectiveness of training, evaluation of training objectives for various functional activities, identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned, and assisting with developing professional development plans for personnel through a custom SharePoint interface.

With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Join us as we build systems to change DoD Cyber for the better and impact our nation's security.
