Fixed Income & Liquidity Solutions Overview Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, within Public Investing, manages more than $1.7 trillion* in assets for a variety of clients, including private wealth mandates and institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds, and endowments. The team has a long history of investing across public fixed income strategies including rates, currency and credit on behalf of our clients. Investment ideas are created through collaboration between portfolio managers, research analysts, and traders. Role Overview The Securitized investment team is seeking a portfolio manager with experience managing assets in Agency Mortgages. The team manages over $102 billion* in Securitized assets across the global fixed income platform, with over $40 billion* in Agency MBS assets. The successful candidate will bring a deep background in Agency MBS. Experience analyzing, trading and taking risk in Agency MBS is a pre-requisite. Experience across Pass-throughs, CMOs and Agency MBS derivatives would be best. We are seeking a candidate who can communicate a robust investment process and will be prepared to develop and tailor that process to the specific needs of GSAM's clients. The candidate should evidence the ability to excel in a team environment. We are seeking a portfolio manager with strong leadership and communication skills who can take a significant role driving investment decision-making and implementation. Responsibilities
