IT technical systems analyst is responsible for day-to-day technical support in a manufacturing computing environment. This analyst will monitor and maintain technology systems, including but not limited to (servers, networks, PLC devices, HMI, and SCADA systems). Responds to problems and issues from the manufacturing / engineering departments regarding the performance of their IT systems. In addition to solving current problems, IT technical systems analysts develop strategies for improving technologies to avoid issues in the future or to improve system performance and IT support processes.
