Manager Inside Sales

The Manager-Inside Sales will lead, coach and direct 8-12 Inside Sales Representative to achieve their assigned annual sales quota. They will build and enhance a positive selling culture based upon achievement, accountability and respect for individuals. They serve as a collaborator and team builder across all Stericycle departments to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

* Communicate and enforce Stericycle policies, procedures and the Code of Conduct.

* Teach and coach ISEs to be proficient in product knowledge, sales skills and processes, system utilization (SFDC, SAP), customer communications and problem solving.

* Conduct weekly Pipeline Reviews to insure the ISEs meet their weekly quota.

* Forecast weekly and monthly closed-won sales.

* Achieve weekly, monthly and annual assigned quota for the team.

* Analyze team performance daily and adjust as needed to drive consistent performance.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

* Bachelor degree or equivalent.

* 5 Years of selling experience preferably within Inside Sales
