Overview This opportunity is for a managerial position on our Product Compliance team. This position reports into the Legal/Regulatory department and principally supports AmTrust's property & casualty products written by its retail and program business units. The core lines of business are Businessowners, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, and General Liability, all of which are ISO based. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values and will steadfastly uphold the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities
Manages a small team of compliance professionals (2-4) for high performance, as measured by meeting agreed-upon deadlines, producing high quality work product, developing staff's competencies and knowledge base, while maintaining staff engagement, among other metrics.
Qualifications Required:
* Knowledge such that you could collaborate with a product leader in drafting changes to forms, rules, or the rating algorithm OR definitively explain nuances of coverage to internal counsel seeking to defend AmTrust's position in a matter related to that coverage
