As a Trainee, you'll engage in safety discussions, execute equipment operation instructions, inspect and adjust equipment for optimal performance, and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. You will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities

Safety Engagement: Join safety discussions and initiatives.
Equipment Operation: Follow instructions for equipment use.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and adjust equipment.
Work Environment: Keep a safe, clean, and productive workspace.
Problem Solving: Respond calmly to operational issues and safety hazards.

What You'll Bring

Shift Flexibility: Work day and/or night shifts.
Safety Commitment: Strong dedication to safety.
Driver's License: Possess a valid license.
Industry Experience: Previous mining or industrial experience.
