Job Summary: The Service Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with key clients and project stakeholders. Develop new service clients for regional accounts and continued development of reoccurring service revenue sources. Serves as a roofing resource and trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions-based recommendations on company owned and leased properties, understanding overall project needs and developing a competitive estimate to complete the scope of work. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Prepare proposals and inspection reports, long-term budgets for clients.
- Responsible to review and understand all contracts and language, including preventative maintenance.
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Understand client needs and objectives; strategize and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional support or services.
- Proactively address client concerns or issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with or involve other APi companies to support and deliver by exceeding the client's expectation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling products/services to maximize client value and company revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Travel locally and regional to job sites and client locations based on business objectives
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Business Development, Customer Service Representative, or similar position.
- Five years of Commercial/Industrial Roofing experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools used for managing client accounts.
- Working knowledge of EDGE and CenterPoint preferred.
- Proficiency with computer applications including MSOffice; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valid state drivers' license with ability to schedule local and regional travel.
Worksite & Travel: Onsite office in Golden Valley. Includes local and regional travel
