You are:

An experienced Oracle ERP/HCM Automation Test Manager The Work: As an Oracle Automation Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing team to plan, design, and execute release tests, and leveraging your business and functional knowledge to meet testing objectives. Additionally, you will provide coaching and guidance to testers as needed.

The Work:

Creating the Test Plan:

Prepare a detailed test plan with objectives, schedule, deliverables, test environment setup, and resource allocation.

Designing Test Scenarios and Cases:

Collaborate with the test team to create comprehensive test scenarios and cases.

Ensure coverage of all functionalities and requirements.

Align test cases with the overall test strategy.

Managing Test Execution:

Oversee test case execution following the test plan.

Keep management informed for a smooth testing process.

Reporting Test Results:

Providing daily and weekly testing metrics to program leadership

Consolidate findings and analyze defects for severity assessment.

Defect Tracking and Resolution:

Manage defects using a tracking system.

Producing test closure documents.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate testing effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.

Implement changes to elevate testing quality and efficiency.

This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.

Heres what you need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience using TOSCA
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • Experience using office automation and project planning tools
  • Experience serving as a test manager for Oracle applications
  • Strong knowledge required with Oracle ERP or HCM Cloud technology and implementations
  • Oracle Cloud certifications

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
